Since 2007, Dr. Combs has taught intensive leadership development to thousands of State Department-selected professional leaders and teachers from throughout the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Eurasia, Latin America and Pakistan. She also has served as a professor for Columbia University's Teachers College and Montana State University’s Leadership Fellows and Honors programs. As a long time organizational consultant and corporate trainer, she founded Combs & Company in 1994 to provide executive coaching, consulting, strategic planning and team building services.
